Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your JingJin bag. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Contact us at wudi@coze.email to initiate a return
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
